Refund policy

All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds.

We only exchange damaged pieces. The client has 3 days after receiving the package to claim the damaged piece. The client must send us pictures via direct message or email (queenajewelry.us@gmail.com) so we can make a review. 

We accept exchange for items that haven't opened packaging or haven't been worn or washed. If so, you can ship it back to us on our address:

  • The Client will be responsible for shipping the items back to the provided address. 
  • Items must be in their original condition and contain all original packaging. 
  • When we receive the returned item, it will be reviewed to make sure it returned by the original condition .Once and it is accepted, we can exchange it with a new piece  as you requested.
